Characters have always been a natural way for humans to understand the world.
In OranG Art Universe, characters are not costumes or masks. They’re vessels — ways of holding emotions, questions, and ideas without turning everything into autobiography. Sometimes it’s easier to tell the truth sideways.
A penguin can carry themes of resilience and devotion.
A fictional figure can express doubt, humor, or vulnerability without explanation.
A character can move freely where a “personal statement” might feel heavy.
These characters allow playfulness and depth to coexist. They invite curiosity instead of demanding attention. Some return again and again. Others appear once and vanish, having done their work.
Importantly, characters also create continuity across disciplines. A figure introduced in a song may reappear in visual work, poetic fragments, or narrative texts. The universe grows not by expanding outward, but by folding inward.
OranG Art Universe isn’t a storyline you need to follow in order. It’s a landscape you can enter anywhere. Characters are simply landmarks — familiar shapes you might recognize as you move through.
They don’t tell you what to think.
They keep the door open.
